Simultaneously strips the jacket, cores the dielectric, strips the aluminum sheath and trims the conductor to the proper length in one fast and precise operation on CommScope Quantum Reach Cable
Specifically designed for CommScope^® QR cables, also prepares Alcatel Cable Benelux – ACW cable
Manual or drill operation; CST tools have a standard "T" handle with a built-in 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) drill adapter; CST-R tools have a ratchet "T" handle and a separate 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) drill adapter
Heat treated, sheath cutting blade produces a smooth beveled edge and can be changed without the expense of replacing the entire coring bit
Preset jacket blade assures there is no scoring or nicking of the aluminum sheath
Rugged, durable all-metal construction
Use of CC-100 or CC-200 Center Conductor Cleaner/Scraper removes residual dielectric remaining on the conductor after coring and stripping
Not recommended for use on flooded cable
